This is a true story.
A few days ago, an old client asked me about the recent value of the properties that she bought from me 3 years back.
That time, the price of the property she bought was only P3,500 per sqm. There were no concrete roads and only trees and pineapple plantations were planted when she first saw it.
3 years after, her properties skyrocketed its value to P7,500 per sqm.

We could say that Silang is somewhere in between of them all, the largest and a first class municipality in the province of Cavite.
That’s why a lot of businesses have started investing in Silang ten years ago and its price has actually gone high since the boom of Silang industry.
