Silang Property

This is a true story. 

A few days ago, an old client asked me about the recent value of the properties that she bought from me 3 years back. 

That time, the price of the property she bought was only P3,500 per sqm. There were no concrete roads and only trees and pineapple plantations were planted when she first saw it. 

3 years after, her properties skyrocketed its value to P7,500 per sqm. 

How good does that sound for a land investor?

We have a short chat and eventually she asked, “What’s the latest project are you selling, Chebong?”

Did you know that the government has been building several large highways and expressways to connect more provinces and municipalities and create diversion roads to shorten travel and minimize traffic volume? 

Well one of the road projects connect Laguna to Cavite via Silang which in turn connects to Amadeo, Indang, Alfonso, up to Nasugbu in Batangas. 

We could say that Silang is somewhere in between of them all, the largest and a first class municipality in the province of Cavite. 

That’s why a lot of businesses have started investing in Silang ten years ago and its price has actually gone high since the boom of Silang industry. 

For example, this rolling terrain project has a total land area of 5 hectares and is only 2.2 kilometers from Aguinaldo highway of Silang. It’s proximity to Tagaytay makes it foggy and cool as if you’re in Tagaytay City. And the best part? It’s waaaaaay cheaper and affordable than Tagaytay City properties.
